want to play them all a different way. i am looking at ebay, apple, and google. i am going to go with the trend - the trend is your friend on these. very, very simple: ebay has been a buy on any pullback. we saw a huge pullback yesterday, $1.70, about a 3% pullback. ebay is very strong this year. it is up a little bit this year. however, with the recent pullback i am looking to get long it. i didn't want to jump on yesterday, it's like catching that falling knife. i want to see a little consolidation. i look to trade stocks on the day trade around the 30-minute bar, so i am want to see a little bit of buy pressure, then i am going to get long. i want to get long ebay. i will have a stop under $51. the next one i want to look at is apple. apple, lower lows, lower highs, continued pressure. i talk about this $435 level. it is resistance. i am looking to get short apple on almost any rally. $435 was support. it should act as resistance, so i want to be short apple. the last one is google. google has been a beast: 52-week high almost every day. $7 pullback yesterday. i don't want to get l

most from what facebook has just announced? >> well look, facebook and google aren't competing because google has google plus but google plus isn't really sharing with friends and going publicly. but facebook is news can you get from the world, news from your friends, news from leaders you choose to follow the way you choose to follow people on twitter. i think this is a good thing. particularly from an advertising perspective. the reason this is boosting the stock because it means people will be more engaged and you can insert video ads which cost more to advertisers. >> julia, thank you so much. back it julia at various times throughout the facebook event. shares of face book as can you see, are moving today. they are up better than 2%. recovering quite a bit from their low. let's bring the chart back up to opening day and you can see that may 18th of 2012 was down 27%. right now, facebook is trading at 28.02, up better than 2%. if you go back six months to september, however, you have to benchmark the stock from that point, that would put it up 44%. ty? >> all right, sue, do busines

think mark would bless this market. let's use this stock. let's measure the google. first of all. one of those stocks that would draw out the wrath of haines. does it trade on revenues? hardly. take today's recommendation for the $838 stock that is google. google has real earnings, so it passes the haines test, but remember, mark didn't like companies trading at the price ratio either. at the top of 2000 we saw many tech stocks trading at 80 to 100 times earnings. i don't know how skeptical he could be. google gets about a 15 multiple. it gets to about a 15 pe. holy cow. that is less than the stocks of almost any company that makes bleach. shampoo, detergent, toilet paper. and google is emblematic of the most go go stock in the book. i got to tell you. that nasdaq 5,000 title remains blissfully elusive. how about the last time? that is a tougher call. at the time it didn't look like we were about to enter a world of hurt. we didn't seem to be in that mode perhaps because we were still chasing that 2000 abomination. i will tell you what mark didn't like, he didn't like the leadership,

months and i found out if you google me under lieutenant you find something. i stick with sergeant because i have about 14 years on google for that. i spent about 28 years as a police officer for the city of san bernardino, california, about 80 miles outside los angeles. among other things i'm recognized as an expert on graffiti in california superior court. without reading all this i want to let you know that i am well rounded, i was supervisor of the unit to be supervisor of a multi agency dealing with it to being executive director for the entire state, california graffiti association of california. so i have a fair amount of background. i first became involved in graffiti back in 1991 when i was told in the gang unit that i was going to be a two-week assignment to deal with these guys called taggers. i continued until i retired so it was a long two weeks. a lot of times cities don't understand how deep the issue goes. i have had my card handed out, this is my phone number. i have absolutely no problem with people calling me any time to discuss graffiti issues, graffiti cases, a
